All products sold on Sundari Records Shop — Kontakt libraries, loop packs, vocal presets and session packs — are 100% digital downloads. We do not ship any physical goods, so no courier or postal delivery is involved.

How Delivery Works

• Complete your purchase securely through Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets).
• You will immediately receive an order confirmation email.
• Our team manually verifies each payment before releasing files — this is a deliberate step to keep our premium libraries protected from misuse.
• Once verified, we personally send your Google Drive download link by email and/or WhatsApp to the mobile number you provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe

Most orders are delivered within a few hours of payment confirmation. In rare cases (late-night orders, bank/payment gateway delays) it may take up to 24 hours. If you haven't received your files within 24 hours, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 86194 94371 with your payment ID.
